PANETTONE FILLED WITH TIRAMISÙ CREAM AND COFFEE
FLAVOURED CHOCOLATE CHIPS,WITHOUT SULTANAS AND
WITHOUT CANDIED FRUITS. NATURALLY LEAVENED OVEN
BAKED PRODUCT.
Ingredients: wheat flour, tiramisù filling cream 14,5%
[glucose syrup, sugar, water, mascarpone cheese (milk
cream, acidity regulator: citric acid), skimmed milk powder,
butter, egg yolk, alcohol, flavours, thickener: pectin;
preservative: potassium sorbate], butter, eggs, coffee
flavoured chocolate chips 11% [sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa
butter, coffee 7,2%, instant coffee 1,2%, emulsifier: soy
lecithin], sugar, egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat flour, water),
rehydrated whole milk powder, emulsifiers: mono- and
diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, flavourings, salt,
cocoa butter. Ingredients of powdered bitter cocoa bag:
cocoa powder. May contain nuts, mustard.
