These people are masters of the art of gluten free panettone. The Classico GF is equally good and my wife who is not GF adored the Tronchetto il Bria! You could drunk just on the fumes of the Vin Santo! Eager to find if the GF pasta is as good as the panettone.

We were intending to keep this for Christmas but couldn't resist giving it a try. We're really enjoying it so there isn't going to be any left before long. We particularly like a slice of it spread with a little marmalade and with a piece of sharp cheddar cheese.

The best Gluten Free pasta I have found that is similar to ordinary pasta.
Keeps it's texture after cooking unlike some other High Street GF pasta.

I purchased my first bottle of Zero a few months ago. I had some difficulty trying to work out how to open it! However, I contacted the Company and there ensured a flurry of humorous email exchanges, until eureka !! I gained access to a wonderful, high quality Olive Oil. I like the taste of the Oil, which I would describe as quite mellow with a slight after taste of Pepper.
