The most difficult part of making a pizza is getting the base right. We have done this for you, all you have to do is to be creative and add your favourite toppings.

Ingredients: Deglutinated wheat starch, water, corn-starch, sour corn paste (water, Corn flour), extra virgin olive oil, inulin fibre (chicory), emulsifier: HPMC, dextrose, modified starch, salt, buckwheat flour, psyllium fibre, stabilizer: xanthan gum.

This is an absolutely brilliant gluten free pizza base, great taste and cooks so well. As good as any pizza I have ever eaten, but the fact its gluten free is amazing. So glad I found this product.

I think I followed the instructions correctly but the the end result was extremely disappointing. Left most of it. I put it in the oven in the cardboard tray provided on top of a preheated oven tray. Don’t know if that effected the outcome. Enjoyed the other pasta products. Thanks
