The Borsari pear and chocolate chip panettone is made with candid pear pieces and chocolate chips. It has been proved very slowly to ensure that the mix is very light and fluffy. The panettone is cooled upside down to create a dome and air bubbles in the mix.

Ingredients: wheat flour, diced candied pear 17% (diced pear, glucose - fructose syrup, lemon juice concentrate), butter, eggs*, sugar, chocolate chips 7% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), egg yolk*, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), rehydrated whole milk powder, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavourings, salt.
