A delicious slice of soft Amaretto flavoured nougat with Amaretto biscuits on each slice.

Ingredients: sugar, ALMONDS, glucose syrup, honey, amaretti 5% (sugar, apricot kernels, EGG white, LACTOSE and MILK proteins, rasing agents: sodium bicarbonate, ammonium carbonate, flavours), amaretto paste 4% (glucose syrup, amaretti 25% (sugar, apricot kernels, EGG white, LACTOSE, MILK proteins, leavening agent: ammonium bicarbonate, flavours), water, colour: caramel, flavours, stabiliser: pectin), EGG white, gelling agent (pectin, sodium alginate), wafer (potato starch, water, sunflower oil).
