1) How to place order

• Please provide us with your reference number when ordering and we will include this on all following paperwork.
2) Minimum Order Value For Free Shipping
For first time customers of Tenuta Marmorelle there is no minimum order value to have free shipping, we would like you to try our products and be sure they will be a success for you. For future orders your minimum value for free delivery is based on your postcode:

If your postcode is not listed above please contact us and we will quote you for your minimum order value.
If your order does not meet the minimum for free shipping, we will inform you of the cost of shipping prior to sending out your order. Orders are sent on a 24 hour or 48 hour service at our discretion. All orders with chilled items are sent on a 24 hour service.
New customers will be placed on Proforma for the first 3 orders after which they will be placed automatically on 30 day account with a credit limit of £3000.00, unless otherwise agreed.
3) Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will cover the shipping costs for any orders over your minimum value.
Returns must be requested in writing directly to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons for the request . No returns are acceptable without Tenuta Marmorelle’s prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ p lease email us with photos and details of the issue, we will arrange collection and issue a credit note.
6) Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Tenuta Marmorelle at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Damaged merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise or a credit note will be issued. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for m ore than 15 days after receipt. If damages or missing items are reported after the 48 hours limit Tenuta Marmorelle is under no obligation to offer a refund or replace the merchandise.
Please make payments via BACS and email us through remittance advice as proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org
If paying by cheque, please send to our office Tenuta Marmorelle Limited, Avon Park, Colthrop Lane, Thatcham, RG19 4AJ.
The property and title of the goods supplied to your company shall remain with Tenuta Marmorelle until we have received payment of the full price of (a) all goods supplied and (b) all other goods supplied by Tenuta Marmorelle to your company under any contract whatsoever. Payment of the full price shall include, without limitation, the amount of any interest or other sum payable under the terms of this and all other contracts betwe en Tenuta Marmorelle and your company.
8) Account Management
You will receive an account statement on the last Thursday of every month.
If your account is overdue you will receive a statement every Thursday until the account is settled.
As per the Late P ayments of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act Tenuta Marmorelle reserve the right to charge interest of 8% in a ddition to the Bank of England base rate at the time on any overdue invoices
9) Delivery Window
We aim to fulfil all orders within 3 days but please allow at least 10 14 days from the time of your order for completion of items.
Out of stock goods will be placed on backorder, we will contact you before sending out the goods to see if there are any additional items you require.
If you do not accept backorders, please inform us and we will make a note on your file.
