Caserecce is one of our most popular types of pasta. This short pasta is very similar to penne and maccarun but with an added twist which means that it really holds the sauce well.
All our gluten free pasta are of exceptionally high quality being made of the finest combination of water, rice and cornflour. These three simple ingredients means there are no additives ensuring an exceedingly healthy pasta. Being gluten free does not mean there has to be any compromises to taste as the pasta is drawn in bronze and slow dried giving a finished product which cooks and tastes beautifully.
